Developing Collaborations with the CMMB

Collaborations with the biomedical community are central to the mission of the Center for Macromolecular Modeling and Bioinformatics (CMMB). With this web site we want to invite the community to suggests collaborative projects that include advanced modeling to which the Center is asked to contribute expertise, software tools, computer hardware, and manpower.

The CMMB has a rich history of collaborations with experimentalists from a variety of academic, corporate, non-profit and government laboratories in the US and abroad. Examples of past collaborations can be found here.

Research groups seeking to collaborate with CMMB will find information on requirements for collaborative projects, an application form, and links to CMMB scientists and publications on the left-side navigation bar. We look forward to hearing from you about your exciting project!
